RESOLUTION TO AMEND 1993 BUDGET

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Pliney Tucker
WHEREAS, an increase is needed in the Transfer to the Joint
Landfill Fund from the Queensbury General Fund in order to offset
the Town of Queensbury's share of the 1993 operating deficit, and
WHEREAS, the City of Glens Falls has offered to pay for their
share of the 1993 operating deficit of the Joint Landfill Fund, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that funds be transferred as follows, for the 1993
budget:
