RESOLUTION REGARDING FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE TOWN SUPERVISOR

Introduced by Mrs. Betty Monahan who moved its adoption
Seconded by Mr. Nick Caimano
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor be and hereby is permitted and
allowed to file a copy of the Annual Financial Report to the State
Comptroller, as required by Section 30 of the General Municipal Law
with the Town Clerk on or before March 1, 1994, in lieu of filing a
separate financial report as required by Section 29 of the Town Law
by February 1, 1994.
