RESOLUTION REGARDING ARTICLE 7 SETTLEMENT - MEYER
RESOLUTION NO. 54.94

WHEREAS, there has been an Article 7 Real Property tax proceeding
commenced by Richard H. Meyer Jr. and Jean T. Meyer and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has reviewed the
aforesaid action with the Town Attorney
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves the settlement of the action such that the property is
assessed at 810,000 dollars.
