RESOLUTION REGARDING ARTICLE 7 SETTLEMENT - BARBER
RESOLUTION NO. 55.94

WHEREAS, there has been an Article 7 Real Property Tax proceeding
commenced by Franklin N. Barber and Annette R. Barber and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has reviewed the
same with the Town Attorney
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves
a settlement of the aforesaid action such that the property is
assessed at 410,000 dollars.
