RESOLUTION REGARDING ARTICLE 7 SETTLEMENT - WHITEMAN
RESOLUTION NO. 53.94

WHEREAS, there has been an action commenced by Robert F. Whiteman
and Rita P. Whiteman against Helen Otte as sole assessor in the
Town of Queensbury and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has reviewed said
action with the Town Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves
a settlement of the aforesaid Article 7 Action such that the
property assessment is reduced from 463,200 to 425,000 dollars.
Duly adopted this 17th day of January, 1994 by the following vote:
