RESOLUTION TO RESCIND THAT PORTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 19, 1994
PERTAINING TO SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD WAGES

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
established wage rates for School Crossing Guards by Resolution No.
19, 1994 and the School Crossing Guards wages were also referred to
in the salary resolution, which was adopted the same day, by
Resolution No. 22, 1994,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 19, 1994, setting the rates for
School Crossing Guards is hereby amended to the extent that the
rates set forth for the School Crossing Guards are amended to be
the same as set forth in Resolution No. 22, 1994 shall be the
applicable rates.
Duly adopted this 17th day of January, 1994, by the following
vote:
