RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MEMBER TO RECREATION COMMISSION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the
Recreation Commission, and
WHEREAS, the term of Mr. Jack LaBombard on said Commission,
expired in December, 1993,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
re-appoints Mr. Jack LaBombard to serve as a member of the
Recreation Commission, said term to expire in December 1998.
Duly adopted this 17th day of January, 1994, by the following
vote:
AYES : Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Dr. Wiswall, Mr. Caimano,
Mr. Champagne
