RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING POSITION AND FILLING OF POSITION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous of
establishing the position of working foreman for the Town of
Queensbury and appointing Mr. Ernest Hicks to that position
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
establishes the position of working foreman and appoints Mr. Ernest
Hicks to that position with the salary to be in accordance with the
agreement between the Town of Queensbury and CSEA.
Duly adopted this 17th day of January, 1994 by the following vote:
