WHO MOVED FOR IT'S ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the
Zoning Board of Appeals,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
appoints Anthony Maresco to serve as a member of the Zoning Board
of Appeals, said term to expire on December 31, 1995.
Duly adopted this 14th day of March, l994, by the following
vote:
