RESOLUTION TO RETAIN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury
hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor to retain the professional
services of LaVerne Fagel at a cost not to exceed $500.00 to be
paid for from the Town Engineering Account.
Duly adopted this 14th day of March, 1994, by the following
vote:
