RESOLUTION TO RETAIN SERVICES OF FITZGERALD, MORRIS, BAKER AND
FIRTH
RESOLUTION NO. 163.94

WHEREAS, the Town Attorney has discussed with the Town Board the
need to hire an outside firm to assist with various research
projects,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Attorney to retain the services of Fitzgerald,
Morris, Baker and Firth to assist on certain projects for research,
drafting contacts, etc. to be paid for from the Attorneys
Contractual Account and with the further understanding that the
matter shall be reviewed with the Town Board at the end of three
months.
Duly adopted this 21st. day of March, 1994 by the following vote:
