RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MEMBER TO BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW
RESOLUTION NO. 196, 94

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mrs. Betty Monahan
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the
Board of Assessment Review, and
WHEREAS, there is presently a vacancy on the Board of
Assessment Review for the Town of Queensbury due to the resignation
of Jane Carusone, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board has the authority to fill the vacancy
created by the resignation of Jane Carusone,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
appoints Judith R. Schultz to serve as a member of the Board of
Assessment Review, said term to expire on September 30, 1994.
Duly adopted this 18th day of April, l994, by the following
vote:
AYES: Dr. Wiswall, Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Champagne
NOES: None
ABSENT:Mrs. Pulver
