RESOLUTION TERMINATING SERVICES OF MORSE ENGINEERING, P.C.

WHO MOVED FOR IT'S ADOPTION

WHEREAS, there exists between the Town of Queensbury and Morse
Engineering, P.C., for engineering services in connection with the
landfill closure,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
exercises its option to terminate the aforesaid agreement and the
Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the Town
Supervisor to transmit a letter of termination to Morse
Engineering, P.C., on behalf of the Town of Queensbury.
Duly adopted this 25th day of April, 1994, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Caimano, Mr. Champagne
NOES: None
