WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has considered
the issue of certain interest paid on equipment purchase consisting
of a wheel loader,
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the commencement of an action against Southworth Milton,
Inc. for the recovery of interest paid on the equipment purchased
consisting of a wheel loader during 1988.
Duly adopted this 18th day of April, 1994, by the following vote:
