Dear Dave:
This letter is to inform you that we inspected the completed septic system for the house at Lot
#17 in the Leuci John Clendon Road Subdivision on September 13, 2018.
The septic system as installed was for a three-bedroom house and consisted of a 1,000 gallon
septic tank and 150 lineal feet of absorption trench constructed with stone and perforated pipe.
The septic system conforms to the requirements of the approved subdivision design drawings.
