RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 267, 94

WHO MOVED FOR IT'S ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Nick Caimano
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has reviewed
various assessment cases with the Town Attorney and has determined
that it would be appropriate to approve settlements in the
following cases:
Lebowitz 128-9-29 $85,000.00
Lebowitz 128-9-30 $50,000.00
Lebowitz 131-1-16 to remain the same
Lebowitz 131-1-15 $55,000.00
Northgate Enterprises, Inc. 98-4-3 $1,800,000.00,
(with no interest to be paid on the refund)
and part of the stipulation will be that the school district
doesn't have to pay until July 30th, 1994.
Duly adopted this 16th day of May, 1994, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Dr. Wiswall, Mr. Caimano,
Mr. Champagne
