RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RETAINING OF ENGINEER
RESOLUTION NO. 283.94

RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby retains an engineer approved
by the Town Highway Superintendent and be it further
RESOLVED, that funding for such engineer will not exceed Ten
Thousand Dollars ($10,000).
