RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Attorney to employ the firm of Daffner and Tang
at a cost not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) to assist
in matters relating to Bankruptcy with John and Rita Flynn.
Duly adopted this 20th day of June, 1994, by the following
vote:
