RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RETENTION OF SERVICES REGARDING
ANALYSIS OF HIGHWAY GARAGE BUILDING

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the retention of the services of J.M. Weller Associates,
Inc. for the purposes of providing professional assistance to the
Town in analyzing the Highway Garage Building, the future building
needs for the Highway Department, and developing specifications for
bids and bidding documents for immediate repairs at a cost not to
exceed $5,000 to be paid for from the appropriate account, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to
enter into an agreement consistent with the terms and provisions of
this resolution and in a form to be approved by the Town Attorney.
