RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR A REFUND
FROM CRUDE OIL OVERCHARGE FUNDS

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has been advised that it
appears eligible for a refund from crude oil overcharge funds now
held by the Department of Energy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to file a Sub-part V Crude Oil
Refund Application and to execute the same on behalf of the Town of
Queensbury.
Duly adopted this 27th day of June, l994, by the following
vote:
