RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 162, 94 CONCERNING
RETENTION OF ATTORNEY (MARK J. SCHACHNER) FOR PLANNING BOARD

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
adopted resolution no. 162, 94 retaining the services of Mr. Mark
J. Schachner to service the Planning Board on a three month trial
basis, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to
amend said resolution to extend the retention of Mr. Mark J.
Schachner to provide professional legal advice and representation
to the Planning Board through December 31, 1994,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
amends resolution no. 162, 94, to extend the time period for the
retention of Mark J. Schachner to provide professional legal advice
and representation to the Planning Board through December 31, 1994,
at a total cost not to exceed TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($12,000.00),
to be paid for from the appropriate Planning Account, Account No.
01-8020-4130.
