RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPERVISOR TO RETAIN ENGINEER

WHO MOVED FOR IT'S ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Fred Champagne
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to retain Mr. Fil L. Fina, III,
P.E., at a maximum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) to do all
engineering specifications and plans for the installation of air
conditioning units for the Queensbury Activity Center.
Duly adopted this 8th day of August, 1994, by the following
vote:
