466.94 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING HUDSON POINTE OPEN SPACE ADVISORY BOARD RESOLUTION NO.: 466, 94 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Fred Champagne WHO MOVED FOR IT'S ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Dr. R. George Wiswall WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, in accordance with Town Board resolution no. 118, 94, approved the Hudson Pointe Planned Unit Development, and supported the concept of the creation of a Conservation area within the Development, and WHEREAS, the development of a Hudson Pointe Open Space Advisory Board will assure proper use of the Conservation Area through review of the plan for passive recreation in the Conservation Area, as developed by the Open Space Institute, WHEREAS, Advisory Boards are authorized to be established in accordance with §3-4 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury, and WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to establish a Hudson Pointe Open Space Advisory Board, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby creates and appoints a five member Hudson Pointe Open Space Advisory Board to advise the Town Board during their review of the plan for passive recreation in the Hudson Pointe Conservation Area, as developed by the Open Space Institute, and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that the Advisory Board be composed of the following individuals: 1) Mr. James M. Martin; 2) Mr. Tim Brewer; 3) Mrs. Robin Brewer; 4) Ms. Kathy LaBombard; and 5) Mr. Alan Oppenheim; and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby makes particular note of the procedures that Advisory Board must follow, and the Executive Director shall provide each Board Members with a copy of Chapter 3 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury. Duly adopted this 19th day of September, 1994, by the following vote: AYES : Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Pulver, Dr. Wiswall, Mr. Champagne NOES : None ABSENT: Mrs. Monahan
