RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RETENTION OF SERVICES
OF PRESTON COMPUTER SERVICES
RESOLUTION NO. 470, 94

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mrs. Betty Monahan
WHEREAS, the Director of Accounting Services for the Town of
Queensbury previously issued Requests for Proposals, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Accounting Services received three
responses and has recommended Preston Computer Services to the Town
of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement, with Addendum, retaining the
services of Preston Computer Services has been presented at this
meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves the Agreement and hereby further authorizes the Town
Supervisor to execute the same on behalf of the Town, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the cost of this Agreement, $1,400.00, shall be
paid for from the General Fund, Data Processing Account.
Duly adopted this 19th day of September, l994, by the
following vote:
