Other items that must be submitted with this form are: 1. TWO PLOT PLANS DRAWN TO SCALE, SHOWING: a. Lot boundaries with dimensions and adjacent roads & streets. b. All existing and proposed structures, with setback from property lines shown. c. Location of existing or proposed water lines and septic systems. 2. TWO SETS OF BUILDING PLANS with elevations and sectional drawings. `' 3. ELECTRICAL INSPECTION APPLICATION: Check with the Building Department for Inspection Agencies accepted by the Town of Queensbury. 4. N.Y. STATE ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE Compliance Form, completed. 5. SEPTIC DISPOSAL PERMIT APPLICATION, with complete information. 6. FEE as per Fee Schedule, Checks made payable to "Town of Queensbury" ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM TO THE NEW YORK STATE UNIFORM FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING CODE, THE N.Y.
