AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF OSHA VIOLATIONS

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the negotiated settlement of $4,384.00, with the New
York State Department of Labor Ref. No.: 10-115928244, as payment
in full of the final amount due in the Order to Comply issued to
the Town of Queensbury on July 27, 1993, regarding alleged OSHA
violations in the Town of Queensbury's Fire Protection District,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the special Audit of Bills as represented by
Voucher #94003758, in the total amount of $ 4,384.00, payable to
the Commissioner of Labor be and hereby is approved.
Duly adopted this 19th day of September, 1994, by the
following vote:
