WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Fred Champagne
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
adopted resolution no. 419, 94 to retain the professional services
of O'Brien & Gere Engineers, Inc. concerning the West Glens Falls
Water District, said services to be paid for from Account No.: "40-
8310-4710," and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to
amend said resolution such that the services should be paid for
from Account No.: "46-8310-4710,"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
amends resolution no. 419, 94, to read as set forth hereinabove.
Duly adopted this 19th day of September, 1994, by the
following vote:
