RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MEMBER TO BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW
RESOLUTION NO. 484, 1994

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the
Board of Assessment Review, and
WHEREAS, the present term of Ms. Judith Schultz will expire on
September 30, 1994,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
re-appoints Judith R. Schultz to serve as a member of the Board of
Assessment Review, said term to expire on September 30, 1999.
Duly adopted this 26th day of September, 1994, by the
following vote:
AYES: Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Pulver, Dr. Wiswall, Mr. Champagne
NOES: None
ABSENT:Mrs. Monahan
