RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT FOR THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 596.94

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury currently has a temporary position
available position in its Community Development Department and the
Town Board is desirous of authorizing the employment of a temporary
person to occupy that position,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the temporary employment of Sandra Eggleston to the
position in the Community Development Department with the salary
rate to be as is currently set for that position in the collective
bargaining agreement between the CSEA and the Town of Queensbury
and with the further stipulation that the position is temporary and
therefore will not carry any benefits and that the position will be
only available not later than January 1st 1995 and made possibly
terminate sooner at the recommendation of the Director of Community
Development or upon the happening of a number of events.
Duly adopted this 21st. day of November, 1994 by the following
vote:
