RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGINEERING SERVICES WEEKS ROAD

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to make arrangements for an engage
the services of an engineer to study the possibility of realigning
Weeks Road such that it accommodates the issues raised by the
adjoining property owner Mr. Paulson. This shall be paid for from
the Capital Project Fund established for the Weeks Road project not
to exceed $500.00.
