RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORY OF FUNDS FOR
TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE AND SIGNATORIES ON ACCOUNT

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

RESOLVED, by the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury that the
Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company be and the same is
hereby designated as a depository of funds for this municipal
corporation, and that the same be subject to check made in the
corporate name signed by Darleen M. Dougher/Caroline H. Barber, and
that a copy of this resolution certified by the Secretary, be
transmitted to said depository, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the aforesaid officers of this corporation be
and they hereby are authorized from time to time, for and on behalf
of this corporation, to make, sign, and endorse, checks, drafts,
agreements, or other instruments for purposes of maintaining and
using, making deposits, and/or withdrawing from checking accounts,
saving accounts, CD's, and other like or similar transactions, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized to place
the seal of the municipal corporation on this resolution and other
certifications that may be necessary in connection with the actions
authorized by this resolution.
