WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the
Zoning Board of Appeals,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
re-appoints Mr. Christian G. Thomas and Mr. David Menter to serve
as members of the Zoning Board of Appeals, said terms to expire on
December 31, 1999.
Duly adopted this 19th day of December, 1994, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Dr. Wiswall,
Mr. Champagne
