RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MEMBER TO PLANNING BOARD

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the
Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the term of Mr. Timotny Brewer will expire on
December 31, 1994,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
re-appoints Mr. Timothy Brewer to serve as a member of the Planning
Board, said term to expire on December 31, 2001.
Duly adopted this 19th day of December, 1994, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Dr. Wiswall, Mr. Caimano,
Mr. Champagne
