RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF PROOF OF CLAIM

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has received notice requiring
all persons or entities that wish to assert a claim against or in
the interest in Debtor Regency Park Associates, arising prior to
June 28, 1994, file a Proof of Claim or interest with the Clerk of
the Bankruptcy Court, and
WHEREAS, the Town Attorney has advised that the Town should
file a proof of claim in connection with certain amounts owed for
sewer by Regency Park Associates, the same amounts being turned
over to the County for payment on November 1st, but not included in
the Proof of Claim previously submitted by Warren County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the filing of a Proof of Claim for any amounts owed by
Regency Park Associates to the Town of Queensbury and not
previously claimed by the County of Warren, and further authorizes
the Town Supervisor to execute the Proof of Claim on behalf of the
Town of Queensbury and any affected districts in a form to be
approved by the Town Attorney.
