WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, there will be a vacancy in the Building and Grounds
Department at the end of 1994 in the Laborer A position,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to hire Mr. Thomas
Mitchell as Laborer A effective December 30, 1994, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and
directed to complete any necessary forms to effectuate this
resolution.
