RESOLUTION APPROVING SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

WHEREAS, there has been presented at this meeting a proposed
Agreement between KVS Information Systems, Inc. and the Town of
Queensbury for software subscription services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves the Agreement between KVS Information Systems, Inc. and
the Town of Queensbury for software subscription services presented
at this meeting and hereby further authorizes the Town Supervisor
to execute the same and take such other and further steps as may be
necessary to carry out the terms of the Agreement, including the
payment of amounts due in the sum of $3,595.00, to be paid for from
the appropriate account.

vote:
