RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS FOR FIRE
AND RESCUE SQUADS IN SAME FORM
RESOLUTION NO. 668.94

WHEREAS, the Town Board has been presented with a proposed
agreement that is in sample form that would authorize an extension
of the 1994 agreements in certain instances with each of the Fire
Companies and Rescue Squads
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves of this agreement in sample form and understands that the
agreement would be modified for Rescue and Fire with different
names being placed into the agreement and hereby further authorizes
the Town Supervisor to execute these agreements provided that the
anticipated agreement for 1995 is first executed.
Duly adopted this 30th day of December, 1994 by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Pulver, Mr. Champagne
