RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDENDUM TO FIRE COMPANY
AND RESCUE SQUAD CONTRACTS

WHEREAS, there has been presented at this meeting a proposed
addendum to the previous agreements that have been proposed between
the Town of Queensbury and the Fire Companies and the Rescue Squads
and that have also already been approved for public hearing by
earlier resolution of this board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has reviewed
this addendum which concerns the time line and the explanation of
the one five years plans and feels that it is an appropriate
addendum to the contract and hereby would like to add that to the
Contract,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adds
this addendum to the Contracts that have been previously set forth
for public hearing for January 3rd, for both the Rescue and the
Fire Companies and hereby further authorizes the execution of this
document today by any of the Fire Companies and Rescue Squads that
are desirous of executing these documents and that should any
company not execute this particular document, the Town Board's
intent is still to enter into a Fire Company agreement or Rescue
Squad agreement with any of the companies.

vote:
