RESOLUTION DESIGNATING OFFICIAL BANKS
Resolution No. 5, 1995 introduced by Mr. Nick Caimano who moved its

Seconded by Mrs. Betty Monahan
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 64, Subdivision 1 of the Town
Law of the State of New York, the following be and they hereby are
designated depositories for the funds of the Town of Queensbury for
the fiscal year 1995:
Chase Manhattan
First National Bank of Glens Falls
Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company
Key Bank of New York
Fleet Bank
Trustco Bank New York
Chemical Bank
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that authority be and hereby is delegated to the Town
Supervisor to determine the accounts and the amounts to be
deposited in each bank.
Duly adopted this 3rd day of January, 1995, by the following
vote:
