RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MILEAGE ALLOWANCE
Resolution No. 8, 1995, introduced by Mrs. Carol Pulver who moved
its adoption
Seconded by Mr. Nick Caimano
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 116 of the Town Law of the State
of New York, the sum of $.29 per mile be and hereby is allowed for
the actual and necessary use of the personal automobile of any Town
Official in the performance of his or her duties.
Duly adopted this 3rd day of January, 1995, by the following
vote:
