RESOLUTION APPROVING REPAYMENT AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, there has been presented a Repayment Agreement which
provides for the repayment of certain funds previously paid by the
Town to QEDC which the Town Board feels should be repaid to the
Town,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves the Repayment Agreement and authorizes the Town Supervisor
of the Town of Queensbury to execute the same on behalf of the Town
and place the seal of the corporation on the said Agreement should
it be necessary.
Duly adopted this 6th day of February, 1995, by the following
vote:
