RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZES SUPERVISOR TO SIGN
THE SAME FOR HAMPTON COURT AND FERRIS DRIVE IN QUEENSBURY FOREST

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury having
reviewed a proposed agreement between Forest Wood Homes, Edward and
Thomas O'Connor Inc. and the Town of Queensbury concerning the
placement of top soil along a certain road in Queensbury Forest
known as Hampton Court and Ferris Drive, the Town Board of the Town
of Queensbury hereby approves the agreement and authorizes the Town
Supervisor to execute the same on behalf of the Town of Queensbury.
