RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 587, 94
AND APPROVING AMENDED MUNICIPAL ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AND THE CITY OF GLENS FALLS

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, by Resolution No. 587, 94,
previously approved an agreement between the Town of Queensbury and the City of Glens Falls for
municipal road maintenance, and
WHEREAS, an amended agreement has been prepared at the request of the City of Glens
Falls, with a revised paragraph #15, and
WHEREAS, the amended Agreement is presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves the amended
Agreement referenced hereinabove, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 587, 94 is hereby rescinded.
