RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 32, 95
AND AUTHORIZING REVISED CONTRACT WITH
THE INTERNATIONAL ARTS AND CULTURE ASSOCIATION
RESOLUTION NO.: 101, 1995

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
adopted resolution no. 32, 95 authorizing execution of a contract
between the Town of Queensbury and the International Arts and
Culture Association, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make further modifications to the
agreement and, therefore, rescind resolution no. 32, 95, and
WHEREAS, a revised Contract has been presented at this
meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
rescinds resolution no. 32, 95, for the reason set forth above, and
the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the revised Contract set forth above, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that payment due on said Contract be paid from the
previously budgeted account.
