RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RETENTION OF SERVICES
OF PRESTON COMPUTER SERVICES FOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
RESOLUTION NO. 95, 1995

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury is desirous of retaining the
services of Preston Computer Services for preventive maintenance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves the retention of Preston Computer Services for preventive
maintenance, in an Agreement to be approved by the Town Attorney,
and hereby further authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute the
same on behalf of the Town, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the cost of this Agreement not to exceed
$1,000.00, shall be paid for from the General Fund, Data Processing
Account.
