RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARDING OF AIR CONDITIONING BID

WHO MOVED FOR IT'S ADOPTION

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
determines that the sum of $22,900.00 posted by Marvin Dobert, dba
Glens Falls Refrigeration is sufficient for the surety that's been
required as part of the bid specifications and hereby authorizes
the Town Supervisor to arrange for the award of the bid to Mr.
Dobert, his company subject to the execution of contracts and also
preparation of any necessary agreements for the surety bond.
Duly adopted this 27th day of February, 1995, by the following
vote:
