RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
WEEKS ROAD REALIGNMENT PROJECT

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous
of holding a public hearing to inform the public and to determine
the need and location of its proposed Weeks Road Realignment
Project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
determines that a public hearing will be held on April 3, 1995 at
7:00 p.m., at the Queensbury Activities Center, 742 Bay Road,
Queensbury, Warren County, New York, for purposes of informing the
public and determining the public need and location of the proposed
Weeks Road Realignment Project, which Project is more fully
described in the Notice annexed hereto, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Notice presented at this meeting shall be
the Notice that is authorized to be published in the official Town
Newspaper.
Duly adopted this 6th day of March, 1995, by the following
vote:
