RESOLUTION REGARDING HOOKUP TO SEWER LINES-AMES DEPARTMENT STORE
RESOLUTION NO. 164.95

SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Ames Department Store to hook into and use the sewer
and transmit the same to the main lines in the Town of Queensbury,
but also clarifies that it is not accepting the lines for
dedication and that all responsibility for the lines still remains
with the developer.
Duly adopted this 6th day of March, 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Mr. Turner, Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Champagne
