RESOLUTION ASSESSMENT LITIGATION-GLENS FALLS COUNTRY CLUB INC.

RESOLUTION NO. 167.95
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes and approves a settlement of the assessment litigation
for 1993 and 1994 in the matter of the Glens Falls Country Club
Inc. VS Helen Otte et al tax map number 67-2-11.31 the new
assessed value to be in the amount of eight hundred and forty
thousand ($840,000).
Duly adopted this 6th day of February, 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Mr. Turner, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Champagne

ABSENT: Mr. Champagne
