RESOLUTION RETAINING GEOTECHNICAL & ENGINEERING SERVICES
REGARDING ANALYSIS OF SURFACE AND SUBSURFACE DRAINAGE
IN THE AREA IN AND AROUND PHASE III OF THE
QUEENSBURY FOREST SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously authorized the
advertisement for Requests for Proposals for geotechnical and
engineering services regarding the analysis of surface and
subsurface drainage in the area in and around Phase III of the
Queensbury Forest Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, proposals have been received and reviewed by the Town
Board of the Town of Queensbury, and the Board feels that it is
appropriate to retain the services of an engineering firm to
provide professional assistance in conjunction with said project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves of the retention of the services of Fraiser Associates to
provide the services described in the preambles hereof at a cost
not to exceed $14,000, to be paid for from the 01-8540-4400
account, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and
directed to sign an agreement for the professional services, said
agreement to be in a form to be approved by the Town Attorney.
